If anyone here is interested in chess, en.chessbase.com has a long tradition of entertaining April Fools. (One of theirs was a claim that the King's Gambit had been fully analysed by computer and White must play the unlikely 3. Be2 to draw. I've run into people citing this page without realising it was an April Fool....)
