I am not sure I follow the question.

Stepping on the scroll has nothing to do with the blue door. To open the blue door you need only to have cleared all the required rooms on the level. If it's closed then you must not have done this.

To step on the scroll, just follow the hints in the relevant room's thread

×You need clear the room to drop the green door and then re-enter to get to the scroll. If I remember right, it just requires some mimic manipulation on the rafts

Maybe try walking through all rooms in the level, in case it's some kind of problem similar to this one. If that doesn't work, maybe export your save and upload it?

×Oops, it now tells me 394/395 on rooms. You may have something there. I can't see any room that doesn't appear to be finished other than a blank space in 2E

It is done! I replayed the level making certain that Room 1N,2E was last room conquered. Even though I am still unable to read the scroll, the blue door has dropped. Whew.

Thanks so much, to you both, for putting up with my poor expression of my problem. Oh, I still don't know what to do to read that scroll...if it matters.
