I just bought DROD 1, 2 and 3 from GOG.com. How do I import the holds into the DROD 4 engine?

Thanks for the order! Currently, there's unfortunately no automated way to do that. If you e-mail us your GOG order receipt, we'll set up a Caravel Forum license for these games for you, so you'll have them attributed to your Caravel user account. Please note: this is no longer possible as of 2016. More info here.

Hello,

Is the information in this thread still valid ? I've just boudght:

* KDD via Cavarel's Website
* TSS using GoG.com

as a result: I have a valid 1 month Cavarel membership, but my TSS after installation and providing my account key says it's disconnected. Also - I can't see TSS in the list of my available products.

Is it still an option to send a GoG order confirmation in order to have TSS linked to my Cavarel account ?

You can still use your CaravelNet membership in TSS though -- just go to the profile page ( http://forum.caravelgames.com/member.php?Action=editcaravelnet ) and generate a new key. You need to generate a separate key for each game.

Hi there,

I've hit the "Request New Key" link, received the new key, pasted it into TSS Settings (I bought TSS via GoG), but it still shows the icon with problems in connection (the green icon with a red cross just below the version number).

Do I miss anything ?

Nope, that should be all you need to do. Make sure you don't paste in any trailing full stop or space (it's been a while so I can't remember exactly how things look). Just the long hexadecimal (0-9,a-f) string.

That red X could also happen with network or firewall type issues, but if you have KDD connected then I assume you're on top of all that.

Edit: Make sure you've spelled the CaravelNet Name field correctly as well, and not BQQ or something. That's the only other thing I can see which is easy to get wrong and breaks it.
