I messed up the flower quest, so i have heime and his parents to vouch for me to get the eye, but snorri wants me to prove myself at archery, which I apparenty stink at.
Is there another way? Can I beat the archery thing somehow?

Heime and Hervor can't vouch for you. So you've got one out of the lot of them.

Volund is vouching already.

Did you encounter the jarl in the forest? If you helped him out in the forest, he's vouching for you.

I never got Snorri, but apparently there are a bunch of ways. If your weapon use is up, I think you can watch the grass somewhere on the screen, take note of the wind, and that will probably help? It'll still take a bit of practice.

And Aurvendel will trust you if you defeated the Haugbui, so that's four.

I did save the Jarl and defeated the haugbui, but Aurvendel says I have to try harder.

You need four vouches before Aurvandel will give you the Eye. The haugbui isn't defeated in combat but by other means (in case you mean he didn't want to vouch for you).

If you have saved the jarl, defeated the haugbui, then you only need one more vote since Volund gives you a vouch for rescuing Heime.

So if you can beat Snorri, you can get the Eye from Aurvy

I'm pretty sure the archery game is based on weapon skill so train it some more if low. Now check the bush on the lower left, note its speed and direction. If it's flailing wildly you aim at the outer ring of the target (in the inverse direction of the wind), if it's just rustling you aim at the middle ring, if it's still you aim dead center, voilà!
