I'm going around in circles now. The only direction I get is the guy here telling me to visit the city of secrets. I've been all over now but can't find anything new.

There is no such floor or room.

Go to the tuenan coastline, 1N.

This is is the entry to the secret city - says the scroll.

However, it is the last room of the hold.
