There's already been one new level set released in 2013, so I predict this category will make a comeback next year!

14. Novice Architect Award
And the Deadly goes to.........
TFMurphy, for Flood Warning! TFMurphy is the winner of four other awards this year, including Hold of the Year, so I predict we'll be seeing more great things from him in the future.

15. Erik Hermansen Award for Lifetime Architectural Achievement
And the Deadly goes to.........
Dischorran! Dischorran is the architect of four highly rated holds, including Hinterlands, which was nominated for several awards this year. He joins previous winners Doom (2006), LarryMurk (2007), Jacob (2008), BoyBlue (2009), Rheb (2010), and Chaco (2011) as recipient of the Erik Hermansen Award for Lifetime Architectural Achievement. Congratulations Dischorran!

I was also pleasantly surprised at how many votes Adventures of Nevada Smith garnered. Not tons but more than I expected, so thanks to those who voted.

As much as I'm disappointed for the lack of awards this year, I can't say I was really in the game for the most part, life and my webcomic taking up the greater slice of that time. I'm hoping that 2013 will see me release a few projects, and with a little luck, snag some awards at the next Deadlies! And if not, probably in 2014!

I went into the contest forum like 2 days after the choices, so I coudln't vote.

Well, I won a prize, altough it wasn't a surprise, I was the only one nominated. Next year there will be definitively a new drod RPG hold, so that award won't be empty!
