what's the strategy here?

I assume I need to enter the arena, cannot stay outside and let mimic do the work
My failed tries:
- running toward the invisibility potion
- slide on the south wall, with the mimic two tiles west of me: I end being killed at 23, 27...

I need some better idea...

that's was actually my strategy #1
I cannot see any way to place the 2 extra mimic to protect me (the first one is in the nearby)
I reach the mimic potion at turn 29 (can I do better?)
