Hi,

I don't know if this was already answered somewhwere because I'm new here and I couldn't find an answer in the FAQ.

I have questions regarding the download. I saw that there is a download limit which counts down every time I start the download of a game. Why is there such a limit and will this limit be reset at any time?

The limit is there to prevent our server getting slammed if someone were to post their login credentials somewhere public. We've had a handful of requests to reset download counts over the years, and have never turned anyone down.

OK, thanks for the answer.
I already thought that something like that would be the reason.

An other question so that I don't have to open a new thread:

If I bought DROD games here (I bought all), is it possible to get Desura keys too?

The first time I saw DROD was GatEB and TCB on Desura and bought these two DROD games there before I decided to buy the whole series here (I wanted that the whole money goes to the developers), so I already have these two games on Desura. But if you plan to release the remaining DROD games on Desura, is it possible to get Desura keys? The plan is that in the case that I have to download a new build I can download it from Desura (they have more than enough capacity), so I don't have to stress your servers.

Sure, just send me a PM with the games available on Desura that you'd like a key for. Please include your Desura username. I'll confirm your user account here has these games registered, and I'll send a key to your Desura account.

I already own GatEB and TCB on Desura so when the other games are released there, I'll send you a PM.

Now I'm busy with about 1750 puzzle rooms.
