I am struggling with this I can get the 2 goblins at 13,16 and 17,16 no prob by getting a roach on the door and moving sideways then killing the roach, I can get one more goblin with the mirror and presume Halph could do the other but I can't work out how to get him to step on the arrows, can somebody help me please?

I feel as though I have tried every combination, any chance you could let me know which direction the sword need to be in please?

I'm having the same problem. I keep circling and I keep killing Ralph! Sword direction is obviously key here, though it seems that I have tried every possible variation. A nudge would be much appreciated.

This setup will force Halph north. There are other setups that will also do the trick of forcing him where you want him to go, but I'll let you discover those on your own if you're interested.
