I have looked at this for days and it makes no sense to me. I can get the tar to grow so that the roach can get out but there is a tar baby stuck. I can see no way of stopping a baby forming even if I remove the top tar.

I am not sure I understand this room.I am trying to get the roach out.But I would need to get it to 30, 20
I dont see how. Is there another approach?
Please help!!

[I really appreciate you taking the time to help me.But I realize that I am really missing something. Without the brain I dont see how to lead a roach from 22,16 to the trapdoors
