On Reddit, AMA stands for Ask Me Anything. It's kind of an interview where anyone can ask questions and the upvote-downvote system takes care of bringing up the ones that people think the most interesting. The person making (or giving, may be that's the best verb) then answers the questions as they see fit. It's a popular subforum of a popular site, so I think it deserves a mention here even though there wasn't much talk about DROD specifically afterwards.
Terry Cavanagh (game designer, who I think has been around to this forum too) recently gave an AMA of his own. He was asked what are his top 5 favorite indie games, and he included DROD in his answer, citing its amazing level design as an influence on him.
