It is possible to get past the eyes, but I don't think it is possible to get by the roaches in the path below (I might be wrong on that though). Here's how to get past the eyes

×The problem with the eyes is that they attack from the North and South right? Is there anything in the room that could possible help with this? Something that could hold off the attack from one of the sides for instance?

×You can use the roach queen's eggs to block. Time your attack so that you awaken the eyes just as the eggs spawn and they will block the eyes that are further away from you. Backtrack into the little alcove from which you came and fend off the first half. You can use a similar trick on the second column.
