I have not used Game Maker as of yet, but I'm guessing that if you want to make a game as complex as DROD, it will take more than a couple of afternoons. You may also not be able to make such a game on Game Maker.
Echoing what has been said above, if you *would* like to make a DROD-like game however, you would be a lot better programming in a language such as C.
You can download C++, C#, F# etc. programs from the Microsoft website for free, just Google visual studio 2012. These are easy to use for beginners, but this definately does not mean you could make a DROD-like game without knowing anything about the language. If you still would, however, like to program this from scratch, it will take a good few years (as in well over 4 or 5 years) to do so - I would set myself a goal a bit nearer to the present.
If you just want to create a hold, which I think is what you want just click 'Build Levels' on the main screen.
If you really need more help, or are confused,

ps G Eye and Ziki, your posts are extremely difficult to understand, please try and make it so that anyone can understand what you mean.
Also, if this doesn't make much sense I will try to make it more so.
