Hi All,

I rec'd Mike's email reminding me that mine expires this Friday (thx, been gone a long time and had forgotten). I followed the link today and ordered.

BIT Micro is new to me (have always dealt with Plimus for renewal and games). First - they listed $11.99 as the price, not the $12 that is advertised. Second - the memo they sent me does not impart any 'warm feeling' that they will process the renewal in a timely fashion.

I hope I do not need a reactivation code (or?) by Friday as BIT does not inspire confidence. Do I?

Either send me a PM or send an email to support@caravelgames.com with either your order number or email address you ordered it with and I'll take a look. We have had some issues with our outgoing mail server and you may not have received you activation link.

Rec'd two emails from BMT yesterday eve that order processed/billed. Just sent an email to support as I have yet to receive 'reactivation'. Your help would be most appreciated.

I'm having the same problem as four years ago, and it's been more than the 48 hours the BMT Micro email said to allow for.
