Why break the pattern you had going? It was leading straight to a square where you could easily place the last mirror from.

I can get close, but a decided lack of cigar. All my attempts end with the final mirror having to move diagonally south from the sides... which I cannot do. Be it if I cling to the west side, or (as seen in the secret) if I make a diagonal pathway to the east side.
