You need to bring down the Master wall, which is done by completing 100% of the game.
Then you need to find the secret about the Spider Cave. I'll give you a small hint:

This is only possible if you've finished the game, though.

I've done all of that, but I'm not searching for scrolls just to not be able to unscramble them.

I thought I'd have a hard time unscrambling the scrolls, too, but the hints in the thread robin linked at provide more than enough clues to make this very easy.
I found only 12 of the 13 scrolls and once I knew where to look, it was very easy.

Is it possible to reach this place while the Master Walls are still up?

It seems to be labelled "6 West", but going west six times from "Akandia: Entrance" does not reach this location.

You don't know how the Endless Nothing works, do you? Pay attention to the room coordinates the moment you step in. Heck, walk as far north or south as you care to go, then go back to the east. See what happens.

To answer your question, yes. It is possible to get to 6W with the Master Walls still up. Getting here with the walls up won't do anything for you though.
