I'm able to kill only one gel mother.

I was unable to figure out the 2x4 kill with three mirrors, but used my spare mirror from the 2x2 kill to help out.

This feels very much like the intended solution to me: any comment from the architect?

Edit: I looked at the CaravelNet solutions, and here's an extra hint to kill the 2x4 mother with three mirrors.
