I'm stuck on the second part of the room where you have to get the soldier to go up the left side of the room. I assume the way to do that is to get past the arrow at the top while he is behind the arrow at the bottom, but I can't figure out how to do that. He won't go in the bottom unless I'm standing there, and then he follows me back out when I run for the top.

I got the guard to step on all the pressure plates.
I don't understand what is next. I believe I need to lure the roach out.. because when I step on the fuse I get blown up too. But there is no way to do that without stepping on a fuse.

It seems like I need the guard to kill the roach, then I kill the guard

I am sorry to be so dense..

I just can't get my head around this, how to get him to go back in to the other pressure plates after the first one...

The trick here is that the pathfinding algorithm refuses to path over force arrows -- the guard will cross the force arrows, but only because he can't see any path to Gunthro and defaults to direct movement towards him.

So, to get him to go back eastward after he's activated one pressure plate, he must see a path to Gunthro that leads him that way.
