I am stuck! I have to strike the top and/or bottom orb but to step on the open door, before the roach queen moves out of reach, I have to have my sword in such a position as I strike the orb that closes the only way out. HELP please.

This is not a difficult room so I'm not even put this bit in secret.

If you have a problem with his sword position, why not turn it?

I have been looking for ages, if I have my sword in the position to kill I strike the orb that I dont want to. If I have my sword in any other position then the queen moves out of my reach before I can turn my sword. I must be having a blind spot can you help more please?

to the west or north of 3N1W?

I'm just not seeing it... as far as I can tell, I can only stand on one of the two diagonal force arrows. to be able to kill the roach queen, my sword will have to be in a spot that hits the orb that closes the door. Otherwise she will move and escape.
