In OW:1E, the speech repeats if you exit to the west and reenter. [Fixing in build 110 so he'll only tell you this until you get the letter of passage]

In the text at the entrance to Daskeran Caves, "inhibited" should be "inhabited." [fixed for 109]

In the intro text to DF, some weird foreign chap wrote "utilised" instead of "utilized". (Hi Jacob!)
Similarly, "Recognising" for "Recognizing" in the intro to WRV.

I suppose there must be cosmetic issues other than British-vs.-American English, but: "armoury" for "armory" in TC: 2N3E. [fixed for 109] Cool.

In the entrance to the armo(u)ry itself, the first line of dialogue is Gunthro's, but it's attributed to Beethro. [No, that line is actually spoken by Beethro.] Oh, so it is. It sounded like Gunthro on a first pass. My apologies.

Also, in most rooms, the top name on the high score list reads "mxvladi". That should read "Tahnan"; if you could go ahead and fix that, that'd be great. [That line is also spoken by Beethro.] Oh, so it is. It sounded like mxvladi on a first pass. My apologies.

TRP 1E: Aurora has no lines here; this feels like an oversight, particularly since she says "Thank you yet again" the next time you speak with her. [Looking back, this was a design oversight, but we're not planning to change anything here.]
TC border between 1N3E and 2N3E: Shallow water does not match. [hmm...it looks right to me... Edit: Oh, 1N3W -- I'll fix this for build 110.]
DC 2E: Gunthro says "shortest path open", subtitles read "shortest open path". [fixed for 109]
TA 3N1E: The lines "That's smart." and "Uh... right." should be attributed to a nephew and Beethro, respectively. They are attributed to the same person, either Beethro or a nephew, depending on whether you took a step before Beethro finished his previous line. [leaving this as-is for now]

As is its entrance (BGI: Entrance); I don't know (yet) whether that's the same as the mastery level proper.

On returning to Heaval Hall: The Entrance after completing the game, there is no audio for Gunthro's line "Wow, thanks. I shall name it..." [Wow, that cutscene timing sure was poorly synchronized...fixed in 4.0.2 -- mrimer]

EDIT: Also, the end of hold text appears to be a placeholder. [an oversight -- fixed in 4.0.2 -- mrimer]

It's been a bit since I've played through the parts in question, but I haven't seen these bugs mentioned elsewhere.

In Inauro Canyon 1N1E, if you exit the turn after the room is cleared (soldier gets the final kill, but I suppose sparing a roach could work too), the script where Aurora thanks you and subsequently counts as rescued doesn't run. Re-entering has her repeat "Get me out of here!" despite there being no enemies, and the soldier outside the level and Greybeard also act as if she still needs to be rescued.

After arriving at Tueno Coast for the first time, I immediately went and used the raft back to Glum Cove. I can't remember what happened when I went back (although it should be easy to check, probably nothing happened), but as I was scroll searching after completing the game, I arrived at TC via Smuggler's Maze and got the 'at peace' dialogue. As soon as it finished, the dialogue that was apparently supposed to begin upon the first arrival began, even though there were no soldiers or squad mates present in that state.
