It's the wrong attachment ID. If you look in the Best Room! thread, it shows http://www.drod.net/forum/getattachment.php?id=1117 as the link to Funk's hold. Odds are, Nillo just made a typo.

It was'nt a typo, it's just that if you replace the attachment (which he did), the address is changed.
