The obstacles at the very top of the room can help you keep the mimics safe while you move Beethro into position.

Movement order of the mimics matters too.

Your trouble may be more with the goblin than with the mimics. See if this picture I made in the editor helps.

So, with regards to this room, there's something you need to do before placing the mimic(s) and releasing the goblin.

I can get the mimics into this position, from which I can easily get the goblin onto the pressure plate, but not without killing one of the mimics. What am I missing?

How can I get that top pressure plate hit? I assume I have to use the goblin--a mimic simply will not do, as it hits the orbs and softlocks the room.

Bump, I still don't really have a lead here. I can get the goblin all the way to the West next to the rocks, but not OVER the rocks.
