At my home I have a notebook hooked to an additional monitor which serves as my primary display, making the notebook's one secondary. Whenever I move DROD RPG to the secondary display, and move the mouse onto the game area (I can safely roll over the top bar of application) DROD window suddenly jumps to the top-left corner of my primary display.

My O/S is Win 7 x64 (Ultimate if I am correct). That's rather weird thing

I am experiencing this problem with DROD: TCB. I have posted a thread about it in the DROD Bugs forum.

IIRC, this issue was fixed some years back. Is this issue still reproducible?

I don't have this notebook anymore but I can see if the issue persists in the Steam version on my PC.
