For a single page, all of the stickies in the General board had Message Stuck (in bold) right after them. After I looked at an unstuck topic and used the back button, there were no Message Stuck signs after the topic names.

Weird.

A simple explanation: Your browser failed to load the 'sticky' image and displays the alternative text instead.
