Exactly how transparent are shadows in TCB?

Like the kind seen at the bottom right of walls. With what alpha value do they get displayed on the ground?

According to a quick test with GIMP they seem to have an alpha value of 63, which corresponds with an opacity of ca. 25%.

Yes, shadows decrease light value down to 75% of full value.
