I've noticed a member who's name is SupportBot. That seems like an unusual name for a regular member although he's not an admin either. The guy has over 1,000 posts, but a post search results in no posts.

Anybody know who he is? He occasionally visits this forum.

I am assuming it is an automated thing that notices when someone e-mails support@caravelgames.com and then makes a post on a special support board so that the support team can know that someone has a problem.
