Can someone please help. I can't get the last but one roach queen top left without rhe last one spawning. I lose control of the wraithwing.

I cannot for the life of me stop the first roach from spawning. Everything else I can do. I am consistently 2 turns too late no matter what I try. Any advice?

Ok now I'm consistently 1 turn late. Have no idea what I'm doing wrong.. I have found 3 different ways (each with a variety of variations) to be one turn late all of which involver going north around the obstruction with the tunnel in it and several variations that are 2 turns late that involve going south of the obstruction. Nothing works.

You mean the first spawn cycle after you release that queen from its starting point?
If you're having trouble at a later point, can you be more specific about what you're trying to do in that spawn cycle?

My problem is one stage beyond the one that JoolsC posted at the start of this thread, I think. I have just killed the queen at (3,8), the wraithwing has followed me to (8.9), and the counter is at 11.

I can't find the moves that will get the wraithwing back to (19,4) in time to prevent spawning. It always moves north as I move east, and then falls back west of me as I continue to move east. I thought I was being clever to start this last maneuver well west of that top queen, but maybe the problem goes further back? All advice welcomed.

And in the familiar tradition, I solved it on my own, once I'd asked for help. Just the slightest adjustment made the difference....
