1. I've noticed that posts from people even having just a 1-line signature take up a lot more space than those without a signature at all. This is because of an unusual amount of whitespace between the last line of the post and the signature. Can it be reduced?

EDIT: Actually, all it is is a paragraph break and underscores... (although I thought I remembered counting another empty line above them). Meh.

2. I noticed when creating this topic that the checkboxes for EMail, Smilies, and Signature disappear when you preview.
