I just conquered Tendry's Tale. The ending was nice. Although it seemed a bit like I did all that work for nothing, but still, it was cool. I'm at 80% of secrets found, and I couldn't kill the Archivist. Maybe next time.

I just conquered Tendry's Tale (again?), this time killing the Archivist! (The easy way).

What Tendry did after that was rather odd, but it sounded good. I liked it.

The concept of how to be able to defeat the Archivist the easy way was actually very intuitive! Great job, Caravel!

Also, are there any Serpents in Tendry's Tale? I didn't see any, although I might want to conquer Rule 8 first before making any assumptions.

I didn't conquer the game again, only half of it. This time around, I conquered the Eighth Rule! That was pretty hard, but I noticed something you might want to hear:

I had a base ATK of 216.

That is 6 points less than the assumed required base of 222 ATK. Pretty interesting, huh?

I saw the interesting thing that Tendry talked about. This raised my secrets found up to 90%! Just 10% to go before I see that rewarding One Double O.

It's never been said that 222 ATK was absolutely required. What *was* stated is that there is a minimum preparation requirement, even if you do have the best ATK and DEF allowed before getting in (mostly to do with Greckles vs HP). The less ATK you have, the more hits you'll take from certain enemies in Rule 8, and so the less HP you'll be able to spend on, say, collecting any Greckles you may be missing.

Instead of posting a new thread I might as well post in here. I just beat KDD 2.0! Now I'm on my quest to mastery, which may be a little harder to do.

Interesting facts:

* I've finished level 13 without any maps from others, I drew my own.

* I have not used any warp rooms.

* I have only used H&S once.

* I liked level 23

Oh, 1 problem. KDD 2.0 doesn't show up on my high score list, even after exiting and restoring to the stairs. Any idea of what's going on here?

Do you have the disc version or the SmS KDD 2.0 hold? I think if you have the CD you'll have to register the game (by getting your free month of CaravelNet that comes with) for the hold to actually register... otherwise I'm sure someone from support (well, other than you obviously... ) can help.

I think that's it, yes. Mike has given me the game in return for some work I did, but he did not send me a link. He just associated the game with my account. I'll just get a link from support then.

Not anymore 1 of those was the level 1 entrance, which became invalid due to me passing through the master wall. The second one was The End 5N 10E which got corrupted somehow. Don't know why.

I did it without using a map at all....

I've just conquered Tendry's Tale(without killing or even finding the Archivist)!

I loved second part of Tendry's Tale. Was more challenging and less anooying than first part. My favourite level was pirate lair, because after that everything became too easy(I got Really Big Sword and could smite aumtliches, seep and wterskippers in one strike).

I've just beaten JtRH, in the original client. (Not the in-game TCB version) The last level was great, and although TCB had already spoiled the slayer part, it was still fun.

Now to master it, doubt I will do that soon.
