If you play as Slayer,and you will be defeated you will bleed blood,and you will bleed that purple stuff!

Slayer doesnt contain blood,isnt that so?

They do, just like all human-like beings in the DROD universe. Though it seem that they have purple (?) blood. However, you're right about the fact that they shouldn't bleed red blood.
