- The first floor is a decent start, although it's not too hard to work out the optimal route (trial and error for the first room). Starting with two unavoidable fights - couldn't you just lower the player's initial HP?
- Two staircases from The Top; is one of them meant to return to The Basement?
- Is the swordsman at The Top: 1S actually killable? Because I seem to end up slightly short of HP (1681).
- The arrow puzzle is very regular DROD-ish (which I liked); the fuse could be up to 4 segments shorter, depending on how tight you want to make the timing.

1. I just started and I didn't know how to lower the hp, but that would be a good idea.

2.Yes, the one on the first room is supposed to go back to the basement. If it didn't oops.

3.You were supposed to be able too kill it bu I guess I didn't give you enough hp. sorry.

4.I'm glad you liked it. I didn't know how well I beat it when I did it.

You can lower the HP by having a character that sets the variable _HP to a lower amount, then ends.

Please, only give advice when you know what you're talking about.

F4 affects only playtesting. If you select New Game, the stats will be default or whatever the scripts in the hold have modified them to.

As for the hold, I can take a quick look too.

It could be actually ten fifteen segments shorter (but that might be cruel for the player) ;)

I had 1748 which is still 31HP too little. You'll probably want to add some more, yeah. Also note that you can go past him without fighting by taking one free hit from the sword. Is this intentional?
