I'm fairly certain it's intentional, and my assumption is that those are bugs the team is actively dealing with currently.

I asked Mike about it earlier, and he said he was weeding out the potentially serious bugs so he wouldn't lose track of them. Not a bad way to deal with them, I suppose.

Ah ok, I thought it might be some sort of bookmarking system, although personally I'd just copy what was posted into a text file or something, but you never know if some recent site modification's done some weird things to the bugs topic...
