Nope, it's an AE only modification. It was made by wackhead_uk, DiMono, Stuwy, and myself way back in the day, and there are no plans to update it for any future version.

Well, it was made by four different people, but I honestly can't see any of them arguing with people wanting to do anything with them. So, with the exception of the music, I'd be perfectly fine with setting a Creative Commons licence on it - you're free to edit and modify the files as you like, so long as the original authours are credited for their contributions.
