how do you load holds onto the architects edition?

It's wonderful how you managed to post 3 topics for the same thing and not get even one in an appropriate board. -_-
Anyway, IIRC there should be a "Where" button, which will give you the option to "Import" a hold file.

In all fairness I don't think there is a strictly appropriate board for support questions. General comes closest, I suppose, but not in a very obvious way. Many people put something like this into bugs.

Honestly a 'Support' board would probably be useful, for game problems that aren't bugs per se. It would definitely make it easier for admins to catch request for support threads if they had their own home, and would leave general more free to 'wax metaphysical'.

There is one, but it is for emails sent to support@caravelgames.com, and you can't see it. I agree that emailing support for such a question is a bit inappropriate, as such a question can better be answered by the community, so the support staff can concentrate on more serious problems.

Oh I didn't know support emails were processed as a board. I still think there should be a board for players having non-bug problems not serious enough for the support email though. Minor technical and interface issues and the like such as this one. That way you'd get player answers with potential admin response as needed.
