Been to the city .. been to the library ... been to, and cleared, the uncturage ... still can't go any farther. Obviously I am missing something ... but what?

So you've cleared the whole level called The Uncturage? Next up is a level called Deep Uncturage.

What's with the achievements in TU:3N and TU:1W (Smitemastermind and Suburban Smitemastery, respectively)? As far as I can tell, there are no rooms there.

Those achievements aren't for this level The Uncturage; they're for a post-mastery level that also has the initials TU.
