This is something I threw together just for fun, and I enjoyed it so much I put it here. It's short, it's sweet, and it's a little confusing. Enjoy!

Has this been tested in the Architecture forum? I can't find it.

Or is it just the fact that we can edit our uploaded holds now?

It has not been tested in architecture, I looked at it and it does exactly what it's supposed to, and I will never add rooms to it, so it's complete and may as well go here. :)

I can't do any of the rooms in fools errand but I beat this. Don't really see any connection between the two.

I have this entire post ready to explain the connection in a really cool way, but it would give away the trick that bibelot wants to remain a secret. I'll just say you should look at the architecture of each room carefully, and look at what elements are included in each one.

Not only is it intended, but I mentioned that in a previous post in this thread ;)

I assumed by 1 North that you meant the Entrance, since there is no actual 1 North...

Edit: that's weird, I could have sworn I left the Wraithwing room as the entrance, to the point that when I downloaded it and played it that was the case. I'm going to have to look in to this...

Second Edit: In the insert room image selection screen, the entrance is different than the entrance in the hold. This is a bug. We are referring to the same room, but you were looking at the selection screen on the site, and I was looking at the hold in the game.

On the copy I downloaded the wraitwing room is the entrance. Thats rather strange that the insert room shows that room as 1N.

There are two ways to defeat that room, and three ways to enter. You don't need to enter the room twice to defeat it. :)

Edit: I just did some math. Thanks for the vote!

I wrote the above post in my office and was basing the coordinates on the insert room feature; my actual hold does, of course, start from the wraithwing room.

Ok, here you go.

But try it yourself first, it's a really fun room. The trick is (there are surely others):

Actually, my demo for beating it on the first entry is to kill the goblins within the first 30 turns, and then make the beeline for the nw corner.

Well, actually that was what I did (killed them in 25 turns) (and that was what I meant when I said "quickly").

Sorry, the hint could have been better, but I'm kind of a newbie here (it was actually my first post). Downloaded the game two days (or was it three) before the site went down. :)

There is no way to go to the exit when it is written, because you canīt beat 1S 2E and remove the green doors :?

That's not true. Ever played the Fool's Errand? Similar trickery is happening here.

Um... interesting? We have a pizza joint in town called "Swick's" but I doubt there's a connection.

I didn't really care much for the trickery of having to beat rooms in a specific order or other ones became unsolveable. That said, I did enjoy the last room before the exit so I forgive you for the serpent room somewhat :)

I liked that part of it. I thought it was unfortunate that the two required rooms didn't have the choice of beating them without the blue doors.
