Hello

I have finished KDD but I can use some help with the secret rooms. I have found them all. But can not solve the last ones:
level 7 room 2S
level 22 room 1S1E and
level 23 room 2 N1 W
Any ideas or help would be welcome!

Carla, since you have a CaravelNet subscription, you should be able to find hints for all secret rooms yourself, simply using the "Get Help For A Room" Button.

I can see that's not working for you right now. Clicking on your highscore link, I see that absolutely none of your game's progress has been uploaded to CaravelNet. If you are properly connected to CaravelNet, there should be a green checkmark in the upper right corner of the main menu screen. I'm guessing you don't have one there.

If there is a red X instead of a green checkmark in that corner,
If there are gray rings instead of a green checkmark in that corner,
If you can't get that green checkmark, you should email support@caravelgames.com for better help. Also, you should check out the CaravelNet FAQ.

If you can get the green checkmark, then we're in business. Go back to the Setting screen and press "Upload My Scores" to send your progress on conquered rooms to the CaravelNet server. The secret rooms you can't see in "Get Help For A Room" will become viewable when the CaravelNet server knows you've visited them too. However the game only sends infomation about rooms visited but not conquered when you stop playing and return to the main screen (with Continue Playing Game on it). So make sure you do that before searching for hints on a secret room.

Since my progress has all been properly uploaded to CaravelNet, I can easily use "Get Help For A Room" to find the Hints & Solutions topic for that last room on your list.

i have a green mark now. But when I go to get help with a room, I can not find the secret rooms. ( I see al the other ones) Maybe I have problems because I play from a mac.
I am still struggling with both 21 and 23. But that is part of the game.

Have you uploaded your progress? If you don't, the server can't know that you should see the secrets.

Hi wombatious,

As much as possible, we try to keep to a one room per topic rule here, which makes it easier to future hint seekers to find them. I'm not even sure what level you're talking about.

But go ahead and select that level and room in the Get Help for a Room minimap. If there are existing topics for that room, add your question to one of them. If not, you're welcome to start a new topic, which we will dedicate to that room.

Edit: I guess you mean this room? King Dugan's Dungeon 2.0 : The End : 2 North, 5 East
Feel free to start a new topic for it, as there are no previous ones.

Please go ahead and make a new topic. When you are unable to select a secret or hidden room, you can select a different room, make a new topic, and edit the subject line. I or another moderator can then fix it, so your topic becomes linked with the correct room in the database.
