Samuel, I got your PM, thank you! Could you tell us when the exact date and time of the deadline is?

EDIT: You'll need to put the time for England (0 GMT), Russia (3 GMT) and Canada (-3 GMT) so we all know.

Huh? You mean the 27th July? I thought you said we had four weeks?

I thought that we have four weeks, too. :huh

Also, Samuel, did you know that you may write exact time of ending for everybody using localtime or untiltime functions?

To be fair though, a month is probably way too much time to build only twelve or so rooms. Personally, I'm going to need no more than two weeks; I'll probably have it done by the 23rd.

What about you, Ptanzoricis? mxvladi has already submitted, so we're the only two left.

Maybe it would be easier to just put up a poll when all the entries have been submitted?

Nope. We'll have to wait for a couple of days after all entries have been submitted. What if one of entries impossible and was put last? So, putting poll straight after this untested entry was attached will be incorrect.

Anyway, making deadline close to the submissions attaching date is a nice idea.

Yeah, good point. But I don't think anyone would post a submission without testing it first. Well, I wouldn't, anyway.

I tested my submission before putting here, too. I said that we should wait for few days after all submissions before putting poll mainly because everybody must test it. Still, they can do it during the poll, but what if entry is a very long and hard hold?

On this occassion I think only the author of the hold needs to test it. It's only going to be a small group of rooms, nothing too major. Unless the architect wants others to test it, I don't think it's that big a deal.

But I do agree that the poll should be delayed a couple of days after all submissions are up; just incase the architect wants to change something, in which case they should clearly state that they have changed it so people can download the newer version before voting.

---------

Samuel, would you please postpone the deadline to the 3rd August (one week later)? It's just that I've had to start my hold over again and I'm not going to have much spare time this week for DROD.

My Entry
As this is actually my first Hold, I don't expect to win this. Still, for my first Hold I don't think it's too bad.

> You play as a Stalwart
> There are fourteen rooms including one secret room
> All monsters except Fegundoes and Aumtliches are used

And I really don't think it is that difficult. Well, the last room might be considered hard*. The first room is sort of a lynchpin puzzle, but I don't think it'll take long to work it out.

I have tested each room several times, so they can all be conquered.

If you do need help, however, post here and I'll give some hints.

Oh, and none of the story elements of this are intended to be true to the official stories.

*EDIT - Once North, that is, I don't mean Once South.

EDIT 2 - Although I've set this so anyone can edit it, please play through in the normal game so you get the level descriptions.

EDIT 3 - File removed; new levels are being added and it is being submitted as a "real" hold.

Nice entry.

My favourite puzzle was 1N 2E, not because it's very difficult, but because I love goblins. What about the puzzle - it's quite simple put-the-monster-on-the-plate puzzle.

I would say that difficulty of Kwerulous' puzzles reminds me of first three levels of TCB. Not really difficult, but quite enjoyable.

Design of rooms is great! Well done! :D

Thanks!

I concentrated on the way the rooms looked other than the puzzles, so that's why they weren't very hard.

EDIT: To be honest, I didn't intend for any of the rooms to be hard anyway.
