You forgot to attach the file. Maybe you hit the "Preview" button which removes all attachments.

Whoa! That's far larger than any of the official holds with voice acting. I wonder what kind of custom media you've got taking so much space...

This forum supports only about 10Mb attachments max- you'll have to upload the hold somewhere else.
