And, after careful deliberation, the results are in.

Unfortunately, Monkey was disqualified due to only submitting one answer per question, and those 8 answers were not included in the calculations.

Firstly, an analysis of the answers given:

And now for the provisional results.

Coming in third place is captainzakku, with a score of 70. captainzakku scored the highest of all contestants in the most popular section with 104 points, but a 'joke' answer for the fruit cost him 21 valuable points and first place.

In second place is Doom, who scored an impressive 103 points with his most common answers, ending up with 74 points overall thanks in part to being a victim of the 'Indonesia' answer.

And first place goes to krammer, with a very consistent performance, losing no more than 6 points for each of his least common answers for a final score of 77.

Lastly, commiserations to VIPCOOL, who was the only competitor to fall into the negatives.

Individual scores for each question can be found in the txt attachment. If anyone discovers anything that would affect the outcome of this contest, please let me know.

Thanks everyone for participating - very interesting indeed. I think the most common section alone would have made for some interesting results.

Congrats to krammer. This was fun and certainly one of the easiest contests to participate in. Some thought off the top and then just a matter of waiting. I have a feeling that the final compiling was a lot of work. Thanks TripleM. This was a great contest idea!

You are the judge, but that was only half a joke. I still maintain that "fruit" could refer to an effeminate man (ie Richard Simmons), who is red. So to quote my father-in-law:

Point accepted, but I think it is bending the rules a little too far here.

Points have been awarded; since I have a few more than I expected I've increase the prize from 3-2-1 to 5-3-1.
