Bavato's Dungeon : Level 6 (The Rooms Of Manipulation) : 1 South, 4 East (0)

Can someone please offer me some tips or help for this room? I know that it has to do with timing but I can never seem to get the timing right of when to take the invisability potion. I've tried so many times that I've lost count. Some tips or even a spoiler would be great. Thanks!
