If you have an English version you mean? Unless the developers have included japanese voices as an option, or a cheat, or an unlockable, or included at all, it should not be possible without an external patch.

You should try asking in their forums. Note, that this option is not included within this game. So the only option left is an unofficial patch (which I doubt you will find (because I am a pessimist)).
