C h a l l e n g e !
Witherwood Castle : South Wing : 1 North, 1 East

Don't disturb the arrows (rectangle 1234 in the picture)

By doing so, you will never trigger the "Sir! Don't disturb the arrows! It's priceless!" message. Unfortunately there's no "Thank you for preserving the art" message :?

I'm assuming you mean Beethro shouldn't step on the arrows. In my solution a couple of roaches crossed the arrows and I didn't get that message...

That is correct. I don't really see any way to keep some roaches from crossing the arrows.

The message only appears if Beethro crosses the arrows, so presumably you succeed if you don't step on them. After all, Beethro's the one with the big clumping feet, not the roaches :)

And unfortunately, the poor gardener's deluded. The sculpture isn't priceless, though still valulable. It's a smaller copy of a grand arrow sculpture found in Leakwater manor to the south. The Witherwood architect got a little lazy, and misplaced his own arrow sculpture plans, so he copied it from one of his colleagues to the south. Fortunately, due to the mountain range on the journey between the two places, the Leakwater staff haven't found out about the idea theft. Yet.

Thanks Calamarain, it was good to know the history of the art I've managed to preserve, and thanks for saving me (Beethro) the long southerly journey to view the sculpture at Leakwater :P
