Beta holds not marked (0)

Holds downloaded directly from the Beta Board (as opposed to through DROD) are not marked as beta holds nor as CaravelNet holds, which (among other things) results in you having to delete the hold to get an updated version (meaning you have to export saves and reimport to retain data).
