OK - I've worked it out in theory, but the queen's offspring keep getting me before I can make any progress!..

The only advice I can think of for this room is to not hit all of the middle orbs at one time. If you are patient, it becomes a bit easier, if more tedious.

You could also go only for the middle gate up the top, then walk up above the roach queens. This will force them down so you don't get surrounded.

Or, if you wait a while in between the queens until they are blocked, you can go onto the force arrows and kill the first one right away.
