He didn't say he lived as long as 225, but as the square root of 225. The square root of 225 is a mathematical constant, and as such, must have always existed. Whether you choose to represent it as "
15"
or as "
3x5"
or as "
1+2+3+4+5"
or using a square root sign over 225 or by the string "
fifteen"
is irrelevant - the referant of all those expressions is the same and it is eternal.
(You may be a mathematician, but I am a semanticist, and issues of reference are my bread and butter).
