No, they are not missing. If you look at the CD/DVD you've bought, you will find them there.

I haven't played Magaman since Megaman 2, so I don't have those movies.

Sort of. It was a bit by Yakov Smirnoff, and it became very popular. Mystery Science Theater 3000 parodied it, as did Family Guy (and several other people/shows). I'm not exactly sure when it became a meme, but it's been around for much longer than most people realize.

It's True. I live in St. Petersburg In The Summer
. eg. The Spongebob Movie Was Pirated FOUR MONTHS Before It Was Released On The Mass market.
