Zex made a suggestion here to put ideas for new weather effects on this board, so I thought that what might work would be a thread for us to post potential images for said effects. Attached is an image containing three raindrops, two of which are wind-affected, and one hailstone. I don't have anything for sleet or lightning, though.

Anyway, let's see what people can come up with.
