Is there anyway for the mods to change a person's username and still keep his/hers post count and regular information?

Ummm... not as such.

If you sign up a new name, we can transfer your information over. But we can't change the username, so your old one will still linger on the boards.

Then I'll use that for the Linux tech support e-mail addy at Caravel.

I think you should change yours to "Bill_Gates". Would work well for the Linux support addy too.
