I will not pretend I understand much about Caravel and SMS holds and all things purchasable, but http://www.caravelgames.com/buyCaravelNet.html states:

"Purchasing One-Year CaravelNet Membership

Note: CaravelNet includes downloadable access to the last-released Smitemaster's Selection level collection and any other Smitemaster's Selections released during the time your membership is active."

I thought this was no longer correct, and that each SMS had to be purchased separately. Just thought I'd point it out. Apologies if I'm wrong...
